Trunk 6242: Creating Test for hydrate() to fetch concepts by reference (conceptId and conceptUuid

Description of what I changed

1. created tests for both Concept#hydrate(conceptId) and Concept#hydrate(conceptUuid) 2.However about the mapping i could not pass an argument in the hydrate() becuase it will treat the concepMapId as conceptId and neither does it allow String[] or int[], it only takes in a string @ibacher and @dkayiwa please do advise on this
