[Plugin][Enh] export graph representation of the workflow

When the workflow is built, a representation can be exported to be visualised by some kind of external tool - some users said it would be quite useful to better visualise and understand the workflows (putting this under "[Plugin]" because it would not be a core feature, but this is linked to the core)
