CYWG: provide a web platform for interactive model evaluation and execution

To enhance interoperability, it may be beneficial to have a sort of "sandbox" accessible through a browser where models can be tested, and particularly, the coupling beteween models can be tested. This should be with a minimal example data set and just short, small runs for testing only, not a full platform for running model experiments.
