Error when downloading task splits for survival

When I try to download the task splits for survival task with ID 7328, I get this error:

Error: Error downloading 'https://api.openml.org//api_splits/get/7328/Task_7328_splits.arff' (http code: 412, oml code: NA, message: 'failed to perform action generate_folds. Evaluation Engine result send to EMAIL_API_LOG account.'
