When creating a new account - account validation link does not send so account is not authorized. Additionally, I have an account with a different email whose password is unknown, the reset password link reset ALSO does not send a link to reset password.

Why is this happening?

Hi richherr, sorry for the late reply. Most likely the validation email was sent to your spam folder. Did you check there? If resetting your password fails, you can try the new (beta) website: https://new.openml.org/
