Docker image

The description of the Docker image on dockerhub (https://hub.docker.com/r/openmc/openmc) is only correct for the 0.10 image. For the subesquent version it’s misleading (wrong file structure, python environment not usable out of the box, …). Please either update the image or the documentation.

I've tidied up the general description a little bit by removing V0.10.0 from the main headline.

We are aiming to fix the python environment with the next release.

The file structures should be checked but I can't do that right now.
