The cbttape is a work in progress and not fully there yet - work is ongoing (by Henri Kuiper) on the tool to migrate from https://cbttape.org/ to github.

Team, as noted in https://github.com/openmainframeproject/software-discovery-tool-data/issues/49 we'll want to make sure cbpttape data isn't just lumped in with other random z/OS software, and is instead split out into its own data file, much like we're going to do with z/OS Open Tools.
