Produce Sonarqube formatted output for test results.

Hi,

Cobol Check produces its results in an formatted but not structured form, equivalent to a report.

We want to consume the results of Cobol Check in other tools, in particular Sonar, and for this it is necessary that the test results are easily identifiable, and therefore returned in a structured way.

The way to render structured results could be an XML document (it is not necessary to use COBOL XML-GENERATE commands for this, simple DISPLAY or WRITE on a file may do). This XML document can then be reworked to adapt to the tool that uses the results of Cobol Check, (XSLT script).

Ideally, this XML document could use the format supported by Sonar. See https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/analysis/generic-test/

Hi @FALLAI-Denis I just merged pull request #177, which makes it possible to have your test results formatted as xml. Currently the only formatting option for xml is the JUnit format. It should however be easy to add other formats, like the one for Sonar that you suggested.
