Unicode issues when searching in FCT

See this instance of FCT and try to search for "částka". All IRI links and some labels have mangled unicode characters. image

I just merged a number of fixes to develop/7 for the fct vad package including a fix for this encoding issue.

@pkleef Thanks. I deployed it and tested, and there are still some issues remaining. See this instance and search for e.g. "datová sada". While the Entity IRIs are OK, the Named Graph IRIs are still mangled, e.g. https://dev.nkod.opendata.cz/describe/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdata.gov.cz%2Fzdroj%2Fdatová-sada%2Fkvalita-nkod%2Farchiv&sid=23
