docs: fix XAnyNormalization documentation caption

It looks like it was accidentally documented as WideFileNames (which is the next documented option)

• virtdoc2md/virtdoc_md_conversion/6%20-%20Administration/chapter6.md#i18n: following the i18n fragment ID, the first instance of WideFileNames -- line 1653, at the time of this writing -- should be changed to XAnyNormalization)
• virtuoso-docs-source/xmlsource/dbadm.xml#L1879: WideFileNames on line 1879 should be changed to XAnyNormalization
