Featureclick eventListeners randomly not work on chrome 51

This official example randomly not work: http://dev.openlayers.org/examples/feature-events.html

Click a feature, there was times the layers said nothing on chrome 51. Higer version chrome seems have the same problem too.

It does work for me on Chrome 55.0.2883.87 (64-bit), both in normal and mobile device emulation mode. It doesn't work at all on Chrome Android 55.0.2883.91
