[feature request] build simple Web-UI for OpenKruise workload

What would you like to be added: Web-UI should contains common operations such as:

1. list OpenKruise workload along with the native K8s workload
2. support enhanced operation such container restart
3. support workload rollouts using OpenKruise Rollouts.

Why is this needed: Currently, OpenKruise depends solely on the PaaS or CLI to listing OpenKruise workload display and operations. The lack of a general purpose Web-UI greatly hinder the adoption among developer users. A simple Web-UI can be very useful, either as out-of-box dashboard , or as an example of OpenKruise integration with PaaS.

Hello @furykerry , saw the project on LFX mentorship. Adding a UI showcasing real-time OpenKruise workload on PaaS platofmrs will be helpful for even beginner developers to use OpenKruise extended servs with Kubernetes. Would love to be mentored upon the same, kindly check my github for previous works
