File upload pending in this phase, the status is Inserted, but not come to updated and completed the task.

Dear team Drag a huge file to the folder, and the file upload process shows 100% but it's always pending on this page (Inserted status) even waits more than 20 mins as well the file can not find under the folders. NOTE: the file size is about 4GB.

Seems the file was not uploaded. Can you check the network activity of the browser and in the openkm.log file for an error?
