Description 💡

Improve "additional data field":

• make it visible and user friendly in the UI
• make it editable in the UI

Context: In Burkina Faso, different type of financial amounts (and notably the distinction of payments from different forms of disbursements) need to be accessible and modifiable in the UI so that correct amounts can validated and validations can descent into local IT systems.
