Description 😯

When attaching a larger document (e.g. 5MB), the upload does not succeed, and user does not get any error message, and stays hanging. Upon refreshing the browser, the WF item is unchanged. Smaller documents can be uploaded without any problem.

How to reproduce 🕹

In a created WF item, attach a larged document.
