• evaluate hook https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/57139
• Getting rid of the CommonJS handling quirks in module.register https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/57327
• Making linking fully synchronous again (and avoid more edge cases similar to https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/57187)
• Remaining monkey-patching use cases that are not yet covered by existing hooks
