Admin/editor edit views for papers

Sometimes an editor or EiC needs to be able to update the metadata associated with a paper. Currently these changes have to be made on the Rails console to update the database directly. It would be good to be able to make these changes on the JOSS website when changes need making.

Things we need to be able to edit:

  • Paper tags/languages used in the JOSS UI.
  • Software repository address
  • Probably. Other. Things.
