new JOSE site: bug fixes and tweaks

• [ ] From an editor: "the pop-up that appears to say that you need to add an email address and GitHub handle mentions JOSS, not JOSE"
• [ ] Should the GitHub logo (top-right), pointing to this repo, hard-link to the jose branch?

I'm not sure if these bugs are known/being addressed, but I noticed them today:

• [x] papers by tag not displaying correctly (e.g. JOSS python tagged papers and JOSE python tagged papers)

• [x] papers by editor (e.g. recent JOSS paper shows up for the editor but recent JOSE paper doesn't show up for the editor)

• [x] papers by reviewer (e.g. recent JOSS paper shows up for the reviewer but recent JOSE paper doesn't show up for the reviewer)

• [x] papers by author (e.g. recent JOSS paper shows up for the author but recent JOSE paper doesn't show up for the author)

They seem like they could be related, but I don't know how the magic behind JOSS and JOSE works.

Thanks for spotting this @shivupa - it looks like we had a stale search index which I've now regenerated.

Hrm, there's something weird going on here. I fixed the index this morning but it now seems to be out of date again. I'm going to keep digging into this...
