Measure author and reviewer satisfaction

Anecdotally I think most authors and reviewers enjoy the experience of submitting to JOSS. It would be great if we could measure this though.

@pjotrp suggested we could link to a short survey at the end of a review to capture feedback on:

  1. Author experience - satisfactory/not satisfactory?
  2. Reviewer experience - satisfactory/not satisfactory?
  3. How can JOSS improve?

The fashionable way to do this is a Net Promoter Score, with a single question:

How likely is it that you would recommend JOSS to a friend or colleague?
