dashboard and editor selection

In the dashboard page for editors (http://joss.theoj.org/editors), I see a very wide column that's labeled 'Avatar url' This is a completely useless column for me - can we hide the entries behind short links, and perhaps move the column to the right?

I use this page to see who the editors are to help me make assignments.

And this question makes me wonder if the dashboard should also have a page dedicated to editor selection, perhaps that lists editors, their topics, and their current workload, not including emeritus editors.
