JOSS indexing by BASE?

I don't think JOSS is indexed by BASE (https://www.base-search.net) but maybe it could be.

I talked with a member of their team yesterday, which is why this came up. But to add ourselves, we don't need to talk to them; there's a fairly clear set of steps (https://www.base-search.net/about/en/suggest.php), which involves having an OAI-PMH interface. I don't know if we have one already, and if not, I'm likely not going to be the one to create it.

It was suggested to me that we could use some portion of OJS to do this. OJS is a complete system, and I was told that some journals have pulled the OAI-PMH part out. Whether this makes sense for us isn't clear to me.

we are now listed in BASE because it picks up DOAJ, where we are also listed. However, our submissions don't seem to be indexed in either.

Having info about individual papers indexed in DOAJ is related to issue https://github.com/openjournals/joss/issues/439.
