Repeated DOIs in review

Hi,

I'm reaching out here as I couldn't find any related issues. While reviewing this paper, I noticed a repeated DOI (10.1117/12.925447, in this case, which is cited twice in the paper). However, this isn't flagged in the Reference Check Summary - I believe it would be a good enhancement.
