List of Available/Existing Tags or Guidelines on Tagging?

It's not obvious from the documentation what tags are allowed, how many tags to use, how specific tags can or should be, or what tags are already in use by existing JOSS papers. Some wordage clarifying these details would be welcome in the tutorial and/or example paper.
