Should "@editorialbot recommend-accept" create a checklist for the editor/AEiC?

I think it would be handy if the @editorialbot recommend-accept action created a checklist for the handling editor (and or AEiC) e.g. it could list the points show here: https://joss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/editing.html#after-reviewers-recommend-acceptance. I find that quite often editors forget to check some of these (e.g. the version tag or the DOI meta data). The checklist could help both the editor and the AEiC go through/check all steps.
