Split the Runtime images section for Non-Modular project by tool type

Runtime images has

  • Modular from CLI
  • Modular with Maven
  • Modular with Gradle
  • Custom JDK+JavaFX image
  • Non-Modular project

where the last entry includes Mave, Gralde and CLI. It seems that these should be independent sections as was done for Modular projects.
