Render [power|telecom|pipeline]=marker nodes

It would be great to render pipeline=marker nodes at zoom > 16. They've got interesting tags :

• support=* (which is the support of the marker)
• ref =* (marker number)
• colour=* (colour of the marker, obvious)
• operator=* (Operator of the marker)

Let's start with small nodes, or even display ref is available

Now the approved key is marker=*. power=marker is deprecated (same for de facto pipeline=marker and telecom=marker #32

I insist on pipeline=marker is now discouraged, as well as power=marker and telecom=marker https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:pipeline%3Dmarker

This is preferable to not load them and prefer marker=* + utility=* Utility=* will furthermore rise quickly to document the activity which buildings or cabinet are related to.
