Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

我使用docker启动这个项目，一切正常，只是各个子程序端口监听失败，看绿色的一个端口都没有监听到，然后unhealth

另外，这个项目启动不知道为什么那么慢，大概要四分钟才能打印log，可能是我服务器比较差，但是，在docker中还要编译程序，这个我觉得需要优化一下
