[BUG] Callback invalid after sending a message

Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

The pre-send message callback was working fine before, but after I modified the docker-compose.yaml file, it no longer works. Below is the Docker configuration.

This issue has been resolved in v3.8.3-patch.3. Please update to this version.
