What happened?

openim/open_im_server:v2.3.5

Occasionally, network problems occur, causing the IM service to become unavailable.

What did you expect to happen?

There is no secondary development, I don’t know why

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

This happens accidentally, maybe there is a client or server configuration problem?
