极光推送配置文件需要新增配置

极光离线推送，可以在配置文件里面，添加选项： ① channel_id String 可选 android通知channel_id 不超过1000字节，Android 8.0开始可以进行NotificationChannel配置，这里根据channel ID 来指定通知栏展示效果。 ② priority int 可选 通知栏展示优先级 默认为 0，范围为 -2～2。

这个选项可以用来显示推送横幅，大大提高用户体验
