Solution Description

When sending a message in a group, you can specify who can receive the message. You can specify multiple people to receive it. Make it more conversational.

Benefits

For example, in the scenario of sending red envelopes in a group, the sender of the red envelope can see who has received the red envelope, and the recipient of the red envelope can see who sent it. Only the interacting parties in the group will receive the message.
