Editorial: Signify that Github hosted Specs are not final
We host our specs on Github pages. These are in progress specs, not published implementers draft. We need to signify that there are in progress and not final implementer draft versions.
Recommendation is to add WIP after the version in each document. WIP will be removed once we are ready to publish a new Implementer's Draft.
For example...
Can we also say that the version should be the version that we are in progress towards? So, while we were working on draft 4, the version would have been 1.0 - draft 4 WIP. And now that draft 4 has gone to vote and we are working on a final v1, the version would be 1.0 WIP.
+1 to the proposal, let's also call out the table header in the README to indicate these are WIP specifications, probably also add links to the published drafts in the README to make them easily accessible
