However response_uri is not listed in section 5.1. It would make sense to make 5.1 exhaustive (compare to section E.2 for other missing parameters), or to set expectations in section 5.1 if the subset is intentional. e.g. "This specification defines, among others - see Appendix E.2, the following new request parameters: "
