Optimization for Key Attestations for Multiple Keys

This is the new issue to discuss the idea to have a key attestation type, which allows to do a single proof of possession for a batch of keys in the context of the credential request. The idea was originally suggested in issue 355. The WG decided to split it into a separate issue.
