Cannot open WebView in the Assistive Access mode

Describe the bug Web view does not open when Assistive Access mode is enabled. https://support.apple.com/guide/assistive-access-ipad/devcd5016d31/ipados

Perhaps it is necessary to open it with SFSafariViewController as well as guided access support.

To Reproduce

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Assistive Access>Start Assistive Access. Run the app and trigger the OIDAuthorizationService.present.

Expected behavior Web view is presented in Assistive Access.
