reinit openhab logging after zram un/remount

Logging stops when the zsync service runs. Changing some log level (like that of org.openhab to debug and back to default) fixes this, but how to regularly run that in the zram-sync script ?

@mstormi I'm back online and home from my missionary service. I've got some things to catch up on in here, but I'm happy to take back some of the load of working through these and help out again.
