[Wiki] Future of openHAB 1.x wiki

Hey everyone, the openHAB 1.x related wiki linked to this repository was superseded by docs.openhab.org and should only be a fallback for still existing 1.x users.

The current situation brings a few issues:

• 2.x users looking for information via google or in old forum posts will be directed to a wiki article, leading to confusion and outdated help
• 1.x and 2.x users are still adding content to the wiki, even 2.x related, despite the fact, that it would be better placed in the new documentation page or the Tutorials&Examples community thread

I suggest to slowly deprecate the wiki to some day remove it completely. Possible next steps:

• Disable write access for the public
• Remove unnecessary articles
• Add a note just as this one to all important articles
• (?) move wiki to a new dedicated repository to make it's purpose clearer and to break all existing external links (?)
