[blockly] indent if statement criteria

The problem

If one uses two or more criteria for an if statement, most of the criteria move out of the screen. One has to scroll a lot.

Your suggestion

Indenting the criteria, at least block wise, would keep them where most other blocks are, i.e. on the left side.
