[Feature Request] Pop up status bar.

Hi, would it be at all possible to have an option to remove the pop up status bar at the bottom of the app, or just have it appear when connection fails after a set amount of time? I find it ends up covering the bottom items for 3 seconds or so whenever I start the app, which interrupts workflow somewhat.

Swift app looks good, appreciate all the work that goes into this.... however, disappointed that the status bar pop up bar is still ever present, any plans to add an option to disable? - for me it serves no purpose.
