Unable to login to cloud.

Hello. I'm having trouble signing in to the cloud. I also tried to reset my password, but the cloud still reports an unknown user or the wrong password. I tried logged in via multiple PCs and through different browsers. I enter the login name and password correctly, the mail is working, it has been sent to the password recovery email. I can not start a new account because I have my PI linked there. Do you have any advice?

Hi @Raspel16278 I guess you are refering to myopenhab.org. Maybe you have some "+" sign in your email adress? Can you send me in the forum https://community.openhab.org by private message your email? Please dont expose your mail around here.
