Event log displays 'Yesterday' for today's events

In openHAB cloud front-end, Event Log page, in the 'When' column, past events will indicate 'Yesterday' when events may may occured during the same day. It appears to change over (from today to yesterday) at approx 4 to 6pm in Pacific time zone, so I assume this display is based on time change in GMT, ie, the remote server time.

In my opinion, Yesterday or Today should be based on user's time zone, perhaps defined in account profile settings.
