Improve settings menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The settings menu has grown to a long list of about 25 items (depending on the flavor and API level). It can be hard to find a specific setting.

Describe the solution you'd like

Convert the current settings categories to subscreens.

I somewhat disagree there. IMO a single list of 25 items is easier to 'parse' (when looking for an option) compared to manually going into 6 sub screens and checking there.
