feature request - Grib download presets

I'm loading a few different models, one high resolution small scale, one low resolution large scale at multiple geopotentials. Would it be possible to store the settings in the download window into presets?

The easiest way to do do it could be to allow saving the selection into a local file and then being able to select the file with requested parameters.
