Feature Request

At present, the Agent module has completed the dynamic refresh function of the dependent configuration center mode, and the notification alarm function has not been done yet, so we can improve this function.

solution:

1. Write an Agent plug-in to monitor the water level of the thread pool, and regularly obtain the running data of the thread pool.
2. Exceed the threshold and send a message to the alarm channel specified by the configuration file (nail, WeCom, Feishu, mailbox …... )
