QFieldCloud "remove from project" is not working

I'm working whit various vectorial layers and trhee WMS services. Of the vector layers I only need the 7 marked on the image, 4 of them are clips extracted from the layers I don't need to export to Cloud (marked in red). I also do not want to export the WMS services. The layers that I want to export are in a separate GeoPackage. In addition, the layers to be removed are not related to any other layer.

With te plugin QFieldSync, I configure the layers that I want to export with the action "Offline editing" and the other ones with the action "remove from project".

When I export it to QFieldCloud, it ignores the defined actions and uploads the project with all layers and services. That is a problem first of all, because I have to delete the layers manually and resynchronize the project, and secondly, because the GeoPackage where the layers to be deleted are stored is over 100 MB in size and I'm using the Community Plan. In Cloud appears the following warning message the first time y synchronize:
