Packaging for QField from QGIS 3.36.0 not working correctly

Using QFieldSync 4.9.1

Packaging from QGIS 3.36.0 results in the the source of shp file layers pointing at the parent QGIS Project project, not the newly created QField Project.

Same project, but packaging from QGIS 3.34.4 works correctly.

Hi Example stripped down project attached.

As I stated before, using QFieldSync 4.9.1 and packaging from QGIS 3.36.0 results in the the source of shp file layers pointing at the parent QGIS Project project, not the newly created QField Project.

Same project, but packaging from QGIS 3.34.4 works correctly.

Thank you for submitting your project. I tested it with QGIS V3.36.1 and QFieldSync V4.9.1, but I was not able to reproduce the issue you reported.

Can you please provide more information about or the steps you followed to encounter the issue?

same here, exporting project with local gpkg all layers point to parent folder

just did a test with qgis 3.28 - working
