QFieldSync alters encoding from .csv-files. CSV saved in UTF-8 not working any more

Hi folks,

when packaging a project the QFieldSync-PlugIn changes .csv-files when extracting them to the new folder. Characters like ä, Ä, ö, Ö, etc. are not shown any more in QGIS and QFIELD. The csv.-File as original was saved in UTF-8 and when i replace the csv.-File created in the export-folder by the QFieldSync-PlugIn with the original file all work well again. This issue is reported to me from employees since some weeks.
