Detect ECW/SID raster and offer to save as JPEG2000

Now that QField's SDK supports JPEG2000 rasters, the QField Sync plugin could detect restricted raster formats - ECW and SID - and offer to automatically convert those to JPEG2000, which using the right parameters offer roughly the same compression rate.
