Photo not synchronized from Qfield to QFieldCloud
Hello,
All attributes have been synchronized from QField to my Postgis DB, However the JPG photo has not been synchronized from QField to QFieldCloud (see snapshot below) When I borowse the changes I can see the name of the photo and the date it was taken But When I browse the Files, I cannot see the JPG file in the DCIM folder.

Most probably the picture is still on your device, but failed to sync. We are aware of problems that occur syncing photos, so the next QField version has improvements on that front.
Hi,
Same issue with pictures, in my situation I can download the photos, but they seem corrupted.

@Ipickedausername Can you try to recover them from the device directly? Are they saved fine on your device?
The pictures are not saved on my phone. But I downloaded it from QfieldCloud platform.
@Ipickedausername I believe your issue is different from the original one in the thread, I created a new issue to discuss further.
Thank you for your reply. Please let me know when it is fixed. These photos help the backend QGIS operator to enter complex attributes in the PostGIS DB based on his interpretation. This cannot be done by the Field Operator as it would request too much time for him.
I've found that, to force the sync, there needs to one image/file in the attachment directory before uploading the project to qfield cloud. I'm guessing directories with no files aren't recgnised/uploaded to the project and so the photos from qfield have nowhere to go.
