improve arguments

would you be ok for improving a bit the argument handling:

• replace _ by - in arg names (these are auto converted to _ by argparse for var name)
• make PG services positional arguments as noted in a TODO

That will break compatibility but better do it now than later? We'll just have to look at qgep and qwat I guess for now
